Since becoming the global face of TRESemme and to styling red carpet events around the world. Matthew has had a varied career. Currently, an ambassador for Jaguar, Olivia Garden and Oribe.

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

My passion for hairdressing began backstage at Copenhagen Central Theatre, where I started by assisting a friend by passing pins behind the scenes. Little did I know, this role would open doors to a world of travel and opportunities beyond the salon chair.

Motivated by a desire to create hairstyles for runway models and celebrities, I pursued training at renowned salons worldwide. This journey led me to collaborate with style icons like Victoria Beckham and Elle Macpherson, partner with luxury brands like Dolce & Gabbana and Prada, and lead hair teams on TV shows such as Next Top Model. Combining these experiences to set trends and delight our beloved clientele brings me profound joy.

We’re proud to put education first; delivered by only the most talented hairstylists and organisations. Our emphasis on considered creativity provides you with continual professional development, and an opportunity to explore the management and business side of the company or hairdressing education. If teaching others is your passion, there’s a place for you to become an educator within one of our salons or, overseas on our behalf as we teach international students our philosophy.
